F&T - Fri 13th March: Change deadline

I began to think more (kindly) about the project. Deryck had messaged me about a sound designer he got in contact with to bring on-board so it was beginning to feel like that Deryck had a better idea of his own film since we storyboarded it. So when we met up, I flagged up the idea of changing the date of the deadline to a later point as I would technically have only a fortnight to create it according to the original plan. I felt that it would be a shame to rush creating something that would not necessarily be what Deryck wanted (since he now had a better idea of what we wanted), just to satisfy me with getting it 'out of the way'. Plus I had other projects on as well that were going to be busy.

Deryck was fine about rearranging the deadline for a later date as he was going to be busy helping other people's films. This meant we could take time to collaborate with the sound designer as well as finalising the storyboard and formulating a visual style we were happy with. We decided for the end of May as I knew I would be still around; Deryck wasn't bothered about when it would be done by.
