See Hear Part 2 - Initial thoughts & ideas

The second part of the See Hear Project was, in the same groups, create an animation for a 2:40min sound design piece that Andrew (PHD sound design/moving image student) had created. We had about 4 weeks to create the piece.

My initial thoughts on the sound design piece was that it felt very atmospheric and a big soundscape type of piece. To me, it was also very reminiscent of space. We agreed that we wanted to create something more narrative-focused and potentially a combination of different animation techniques. We also shared our initial thoughts on what we imagined going on. We decided to develop on these ideas individually before coming back together .

our group's initial idea was a guy who is abducted by aliens/robots, journeys through their spaceship & dies in the end...
